A choral ensemble for singers in and around

East Boulder County, Colorado

The Coal Creek Community Chorus is open to adult singers who love to sing and are passionate about making exciting, beautiful music together. Rehearsing only once a week, the CCCC is designed to accommodate people seeking an expressive and musical outlet to round out their busy lives. The chorus is open to performing music of all styles, including classical, folk, jazz, spirituals, world music, Broadway, and contemporary pieces. There is no audition to join, and sheet music and rehearsal tracks are provided for all members who are expected to practice their parts at their convenience between our weekly rehearsals.

Fall 2025 Session Information

Throughout this session, we will explore the many privileges and freedoms we enjoy today—freedoms that were fought for, protested for, earned, and upheld. Through music, we’ll reflect on the ongoing journey toward liberty and justice, and the voices that have shaped, challenged, and strengthened those ideals.

Rehearsals will be on Mondays from 6:30 PM to approximately 7:45 PM at Legacy Church (270 76th St, Boulder, CO) on the following dates:

 

  • Aug 25 - CCCCFFFfFF: Coal Creek Community Chorus Fall Festive Function for Future Friendships and Rehearsal] at RELISH FOOD HALL (550 McCaslin Blvd, Louisville, CO)

    • Sept 1 - No rehearsal for Labor Day​

  • Sept 8

  • Sept 15

  • Sept 22

  • Sept 29

  • Oct 6

    • Oct 13 - No rehearsal for Indeginous People's Day / Columbus Day​

  • Oct 20

Performance Date at Ascent Community Church:

  • Monday, November 17

Your registration fee includes:

  • Access to the top-secret CCCC members website with all sheet music and rehearsal tracks

  • All scheduled rehearsals and our primary public performance on Monday, November 17 at Ascent Community Church​

At this time, there are no remaining spots for performing singers in the fall 2025 session. If you would like to join the waitlist to be notified if/when spots open up and when registration for the spring 2026 session begins, click here.

The fall session roster will be locked in the week of September 8, 2025.

THE FINE PRINT

There is a $25 registration discount for singers who are related to and/or share a household with another registered singer (spouse, partner, sibling, child, roommate, etc.). This discount must be applied as an online coupon code at checkout, and cannot be issued as a reimbursement after you have already registered. Contact Stephen@CoalCreekMusic.com to receive the coupon code.

All registration fees include a $25 non-refundable deposit. If you change your mind and wish to cancel this session of the chorus, refunds (minus the $25 non-refundable deposit) will be allowed up to the start of the second rehearsal of the session. After that, in lieu of a refund, singers may apply their full registration fee to a future session of the CCCC.​

The CCCC is open to any singer age 18 or older. Singers age 16 and 17 can participate in the CCCC if their parent/guardian is also a member of the chorus for that session (and both would be eligible for the first discount, listed above).
